There are two black markets, in which only criminals may enter ((Moscow and Shanghai))

This is where criminals rp about taking jobs given by a crime lord, or rp to just make alliances and talk.

Finally, this is also where Criminals may take their spoils from the crimes and spend them on better weapons, abbilites, and attatchments.
