the power may vary. it can be anything from manipulating your blood to creating invisible weapons.
Chi users get from jobs help train them to get better at their powers.
Once a user purchases a second power from the market, no powers of theirs may ever go past lvl 2
Once a user has gotten a power to a lvl 3, they may never buy a new power. additionally, all other powers they may have purchased besides the one they originally applied with will also be taken away
