Requirements:
- Exceptional Chronos training with the sword, as well as tactics.

Description: Basically, due to some precise measures of Validus's Oligarchum Sword, he is capable of absorbing lights amongst the area, this making his Blade glow immensely, and temporarily blinding all around him, in a 15ft range. It is capable of blinding temporarily, because when the light is absorbed, by tilting it to a precise degree, he is capable of making it reflect the powerful light, and damaging the eye sight of opponnents around him. This gives him time to escape, or gain some leveling, or think, or even use to strike at opponnents, there are many other variables aside from those.
